The ladies finished in front of NJCAA nationally ranked Pratt Community College (Currently ranked 9th) and Region rival South Plains (Currently ranked 17th). "These young ladies are focused and are running well, they are not letting anything distract them" said Coach Becker
Individually, Purity Murray (18th Place) and Silvia Sosa (30th Place) led the team. The trio of Isidra Guerrero (49th Place), Cristal Corrales (53rd Place) and Naomi Tanui (54th Place) once again finished out the team scoring.
The next action for the Thunderbirds will be Saturday, September 27th at the NMJC Invitational.
