Thunderbirds fall in twin bill at Howard

GAME 1
Angel De Jesus did all he could to give NMJC Thunderbirds a boost, but it wasn't enough to get past Howard Junior College, as NMJC Thunderbirds lost 7-6 in seven innings at Howard on Friday.
De Jesus led NMJC Thunderbirds 's offensive threat, as he got on base two times in the game. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the fourth inning.
Alex Pinedo couldn't get it done on the hill for NMJC Thunderbirds , taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in five innings, walked three and struck out five.

NMJC Thunderbirds lost the ballgame after losing the lead in the seventh inning Friday, as Howard Junior College grabbed a 7-4 victory at Howard.
Roberto Delgado was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just 6 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out 10, and allowed five runs.
